Student Plan not activated after school request

I’m a student and my school is an approved bootcamp facilitator. Figma doesnt verify my student status though, after my school explicitly added my email through the verification proces in figma. They’ve asked for support there too with no response. There is nothing else they can do, since they did sent a request to figma. The administator urged me to post this question again here. Please help. It’s been a long time I cannot used the student plan.

Could you share your support ticket number? I’d like to escalate the ticket internally so it gets prioritised. Our education team typically responds within 7 working days. 

Also, just to double-check: when you applied, did you use your official school-issued email address? Applications submitted with personal emails are automatically rejected by the system.

The educator is online bootcamp (their email is hello@prjctr.com.ua and the name is Projector Creative & Tech Online Institute). My email is summerky.name@gmail.com  - because online bootcamps do not provide educational emails but submit a list of emails for verification
