Hello,
I’m trying to renew my Figma account, but I’m getting the message “Verification limit exceeded.”
I am a student at Cégep de Sainte-Foy in the Techniques d’intégration multimédia – Web et Apps program: https://www.csfoy.ca/programmes/tous-les-programmes/programmes-techniques/techniques-dintegration-m…

I have been using Figma for one year.
I have already sent all my documents to education@figma.com, including my student card and my schedule.

I have written to shareID and they send me this: We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.
 

 

Could you please help me or tell me what I should do to unlock my account?

I have also tried to contact education@figma.com about the exact same situation, and have send two emails over the span of a whole month now. However, I am yet to have received any response whatsoever.

Could I kindly ask you, if possible, to check/verify whether via my email: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] there has been any queued up case for review by the team?

That would be very helpful, because I’ve waited quite a long time to be able to access my account back.
