Wondering if anyone else is seeing this or if it might be a bug?
When I use the “T” hotkey to enter text, it used to switch back to the move/selection cursor if I clicked elsewhere on the canvas. Now it stays stuck on the text tool, so clicking off doesn’t exit it, and even pressing “V” just types a “v” into the text field instead of switching back to the cursor. I have to manually click on the move/selection tool to switch back. I’ve tried updating and hard restarting my computer, but no luck. This does not occur on the web version. It is very disruptive to my workflow and would appreciate any help.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to open the attached file, so it's difficult to visualize the issue from my end. That said, I tested the T and V shortcuts on my end using Figma Desktop App version 126.3.12, and they're working as expected on my side.
Could you confirm a few things?
- Make sure your Figma Desktop App is updated to the latest version
- Double-check that you have the correct keyboard layout selected → Select keyboard layout

- Type "Report a bug"

- A screen recording of the issue
