Hi Figma Team,
I am stuck in the SheerID verification loop that many students have reported on this forum. I have been trying to verify my education account for several weeks and the situation has now become critical for my academic work.
I am trapped in the verification cycle where I receive "Verification Limit Exceeded" errors. SheerID has now permanently closed two of my support tickets without providing any actual solution or alternative.
I contacted education@figma.com several weeks ago without receiving a response, and I sent a follow-up email yesterday. I cannot access team collaboration features, which is preventing me from completing my university assignments this semester.
Could someone from the Figma team please review my case and either manually verify my education status or provide an alternative verification method? I am happy to submit any required documentation.
I am also a paying customer for my professional Figma account, and I have always received excellent support. I hope the same level of assistance can be extended to resolve this education verification issue.
