Hello guys,

I asked for an offer regarding an Credit-upgrade almost 2 weeks ago. A guy named Chris replied and asked for my final decision. I replied 3 times but since then any new final confirmation is missing and I am unable to finish my work.

thanks alot for your effort!

A friendly guy named Rin answered and asked for the final confirmation to upgrade my credit balance.

I already sent a reply, so it would be great if we can complete the upgrade process today so i can work on my project as soon as possible :)

I’ve checked in with the team, and it looks like they’ve just followed up on your ticket. You should now be able to go ahead and select an AI credit subscription (up to 30,000 credits).
