Hey ​@Maco - I hope you don’t mind, but I split your response from the topic that was originally here into it’s own separate one, since you seem to be having an issue that needs to be covered independently.

First, please accept my apologies for any charges you received unexpectedly. It is not our intention to ‘hide’ any charges, I think this to be a potential issue with subscription timing and seat allocation. While I can’t be sure (I don’t have access to review or make changes to accounts or any billing charges) about this, I can get you connected to our support team for help.
