SSL verification Problem

Hey @tobseyy, thanks for reaching out! Can you please confirm you've completed these initial troubleshooting steps?:

• DNS Propagation Delays: Sometimes, DNS changes can take a while to update across the internet. If you've recently made changes, and usually can take around 24 hours.

• Incorrect Record Types or Values: Double-check that the DNS records you entered match exactly what Figma requires. Even a small typo can cause issues. Figma will show an error icon if the records can't be verified.

• Conflicting DNS Settings: Look for any duplicate or conflicting entries in your DNS settings, such as multiple CNAME records for the same subdomain.

• SSL Certificates: Figma automatically provides SSL certificates for custom domains, but it can sometimes take longer than expected to issue these certificates.

Thank you,

Gayani

Hello @Gayani_S, yes I already did that. I am already waiting for over 7 days for the certificate. The records should be right.

Thanks

Thank you for sharing those details. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to wait over a week for your SSL to verify. I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket so our team can take a closer look and figure out what might be causing the delay. Your ticket number is #1477607, and someone from our team will reach out to you shortly with an update. Really appreciate your patience while we get this sorted for you.

Hi @Florien Truchot, thanks for following up here!

Celine has been out of the office, and she is our only native French speaker on our team. I hope it is okay that I am replying in English!

That said, to manually pay your invoice:

1. Log in to Figma and go to the file browser (click > Back to files).
2. Click on Admin.
3. Navigate to the Settings tab, then the Billing section.
4. Find your invoice and click the View invoice link (or invoice number) to open it in Stripe.
5. Click Pay online or View invoice details within Stripe to make a payment and update your card if needed.

Hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any further questions!
