SSL Certificate Not Being Created

I added a custom domain and all my DNS settings are correct and have propagated.  It has been a few days and my status is still “Awaiting certificates”.  It says it will take 15-30 minutes and I am losing sales because my website is not reachable.  How can I resolve this issue?  Thanks!

is it possible to get a human on a phone?  I can’t wait days between email responses that don’t understand DNS settings.  Getting extremely frustrated here...

Is it possible to get some actual support here?!?!?  It is unacceptable that I need to wait 24 hours between each non-helpful response.

    I deleted the custom domain and then re-created it.  Did this 2-3 times till it worked.
