I;ve spent 1,500 credits trying to edit a couple of photos and section cards. the amount of errors, the volume of prompts, has me thinking this is an issue that needs to be dealt with.

Hi @Adrian_ ,

I understand you've spent a large number of AI credits while trying to edit a couple of photos and section cards.

AI credits are consumed based on the work Figma Make performs in response to each prompt, this includes generating or updating code, and making changes to your file.

Any follow-up prompts to refine results will also consume credits based on the work performed. That said, if a prompt fully fails and no output is generated, credits are not deducted.

I also noticed you've already been in touch with our support team about your AI credits. As our support specialist mentioned in that ticket, here are a few resources to help you get better results with fewer prompts going forward:

Thanks,

that doesn’t address the fact that these added prompts are used to correct issues figma isn’t addressing. those articles don’t address the core issue.

Hey @Adrian_ - Celyn here, I work closely with Junko. Happy to help follow up on this.

I hear your point about needing to use additional prompts to correct issues, and how that’s impacting your experience.

I’ve created a support ticket for the team to take a closer look and investigate this further - your ticket number is #1865239.

Please keep an eye on your inbox, someone from the team will be in touch shortly. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
