There’s a chance that this is coming from your computer’s system settings or another app, rather than Figma’s built-in spellcheck. Sometimes tools like Grammarly or other browser extensions can conflict with it. If you happen to have any of those installed, it might be worth temporarily disabling them to see if that makes a difference.
Let’s try narrowing it down together with a couple more steps:
1. Have you tried switching to a different English language setting, like “English (Canada)” instead of “English (United Kingdom)”? That could help us understand if it’s tied to a particular language setting. 2. Does this issue happen only on your current Figma account, or do you notice the same behaviour across multiple accounts (if you have more than one)?
