Hi,
I’ve been experiencing the same issue for the past 3–4 days, and it’s becoming unacceptable. I can’t use the app at all anymore. I’ve tried multiple solutions to fix it, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing has worked.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi ​@G3o , thanks for flagging this, and sorry to hear you’ve been running into this for several days. I understand how disruptive it is not being able to use the app at all.

To help narrow this down, could you let me know whether this is happening only in the desktop app, or if you’re also seeing it in a web browser? If you haven’t already, please try opening the file in a different browser or in an incognito/private window. Our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
