I’m on the annual plan, but I noticed several unexpected Collab seats being used. It seems someone invited others without my knowledge. Although I removed the seats as soon as I found out, I was still charged for them. To clarify the situation and prevent this from happening again, I’d like to know who added the seats and which accounts were using them. Is there any way to check this?

Thank you for your information. I tried to get the auto approve-seat digests but it is disabled although I am the admin of our Professional plan. If I understand correctly, it has to be available for all paid plan.
