As soon as CONFIG was over I was the only person on my 22 people team that signed up for the UI3. And yet, nowadays almost all of them have it and I don’t. I feel that the sign up was only for show and it’s making somehow frustrated since I really liked the new UI (I have been using on my personal account, which, should I say, also did not sign up for it 😦 )

As you know, we launched an early access waitlist to get UI3 into the hands of users as fast as possible in order to start collecting feedback ASAP. But due to high interest, the waitlist quickly reached capacity so all available spots were filled, before we had a chance to close the waitlist.
We quickly moved from waitlist to a multi-week rollout to make adjustments along the way, before everyone receives access.
This means that UI3 is now rolling out gradually to all users—regardless of previous waitlist status, plan, or seat type. The closed beta features will be introduced independently over the coming months, so while not ideal, it’s possible for users who did not sign-up for the waitlist to gain access to UI3 before others.
