I checked internally, and it looks like what you're seeing usually means you're in the pre-debit phase of processing an Indian card payment (there's some info about this here). The payment page showing $0 is likely because Stripe is currently trying to process your most recent payment attempt, which should take around 26 hours from when you started the payment.
