Dear Figma Support Team,

I am a student currently trying to access Figma’s Education Plan. However, I am facing an issue with the SheerID verification process.

I attempted to verify my student status using my government-issued ID, but it was not accepted. I retried multiple times by entering the correct details and uploading my ID, but the system shows that my verification limit has been exceeded.

Since I genuinely need access to Figma’s student education plan for my coursework, I kindly request your assistance in rechecking my documents or providing me with an alternative way to complete the verification process. 

Please let me know how I can proceed further. Also, please find my documents like govt. ID and college ID attached to this email. My college email ID is (redacted by the moderator due to PII)

Hey @Abhishek Das, sorry to hear you’ve been running into trouble with the government ID verification.

Since other designers have run into the same issue, I recommend checking the reply marked as the best answer in that thread and following the steps outlined for your verification review 🙏🏻

Also, just so you know, Figma has added a grace period for verifications, so you’ll have extra time while this gets resolved. Thanks for your patience!
