Hi Figma Community / Education Team,
I am writing here out of sheer desperation because the standard support routes have completely failed me, and I am at serious risk of failing a university class because of it.
The Issue: I am applying for the Figma Education plan. Everyone else in my university group applied the exact same way and got approved. For some reason, the automated SheerID system failed in my case.
The Support Loop:

I contacted Figma Support (Ticket #1784710). They told me they cannot do manual reviews and sent me to SheerID support.

I contacted SheerID support. They replied with an automated message saying: "we are unable to verify your status at this time [...] we are not able to offer further details or manual assistance for this specific request." They called it a "final determination" and closed the case without even asking for my documents (like my Student ID or schedule).
So, Figma sends me to SheerID, and SheerID completely refuses to help or even look at my valid documents. I am trapped in a loop between a third-party partner that refuses to do its job and a Figma Tier 1 support that just copy-pastes generic responses.
I have my official student ID and enrollment documents ready to prove my status. Could a Community Manager or someone from the internal Figma team please step in, break this loop, and manually review my case?
It is incredibly unfair that a technical glitch in a third-party system is actively preventing me from participating in my university classes.
