Solved

Shared files missing from recently viewed.

As the title says, that is the issue.

All the files which were shared to me (either by sending the link directly or by adding me through the “share” option) all of them are missing. I can only see the files I own and none of the files which were shared to me. I have to acccess these files either by going through my mails, finding the link or by opening the notifications tab and finding the file there.
The files are a combination of design files, figjam files and slides files.
The issue started a few days ago and is really irritating trying to find the files. I have to keep all these tabs open, and if I close them then have to go through the cycle of finding the relevant link/mail/notification.

Hello! 👋

Thank you very much for reaching out. It does seem quite strange if you were able to see them there recently and they suddenly disappeared. It is quite possible that your files might now be located under the Shared files tab, which you can find right next to Recently viewed in the Recents section.

Quite often, files that have been shared with you or projects you have been invited to appear directly under that tab once accepted, rather than in the primary list 📁.

I really hope this helps! ✨

Hello! Thank you soo much. Going to shared files and messing around with the filter (changing from my plan to any plan) solved it. After that all the files started showing up in the recents tab as well.

Thanks once again!
