I’m currently on an Edu plan and I’m trying to share a Figma Make to other students, something which previously worked before. Right now when I try to share, it prompts me to get a Full Seat. I read that on an Edu plan I can share 1 figma make without a Full Seat, but it is not working out. I deleted all other Figma Makes so I don’t have any other shared or published. I was on a Professional plan last month but I did not need it anymore. Other students can share Makes with me on their Edu plan, please help me out.

Based on what you’ve described (especially that this worked as expected before), one possibility is that you may be signed into a different Figma account than the one associated with your Education plan. When you have multiple accounts, it’s easy to switch without realizing it, and plan entitlements won’t carry over.
As a next step, please double-check that you’re logged into the account tied to your Education plan and see if that resolves things.
