Scrolling issue in UI 3

Everytime i want to scroll to the bottom of the right sidebar (Which is floating in UI 3) i always end up scrolling the artboard instead of the sidebar / menu, as i have this habit of taking the cursor to the extreme right of the screen and then scrolling (Habit carried from the UI2), and everytime this happens, my flow state is broken and i have again carefully take the cursor inside the sidebar and then scroll. I understand the logic behind this change, but keeping the areas besides the floating sidebar interactive has no use, the only important section in the centre of the artboard.
