Scrollable pages are not displayed in the preview

That sounds like a confusing experience for you. Just to make sure I’m understanding you correctly, when you preview prototypes in a web browser scrolling works, but when you do this within the desktop app scrollable pages display blank or a solid block of color? Meaning this is a desktop app-specific issue. 

Does this happen in other files or just this file?

The display error occures in the desktop app and in the Safari browser.
And I've been having this problem with many of my files for a few days now.

Attached is a sample view from my desktop app. It shows the same page set to vertical scrolling in one instance and no scrolling in the other. And a few weeks ago, there was no problem with this file.

Hi I have the same issue. It has something to do with the scaling options.
When its “fit to width and height, fill screen” it works, but other does not.
I am pretty desperate, because of the clients.

It doesn’t wok in the app or browser, but in incognito it works.

EDIT:

It does not happen on every screen. Its a bit weird.
I tried to figure it out, and it has to do something with “ignore auto layout”.

Hope it will be fixed soon.

Thanks for your post, ​@Michal_Sisovsky, and thank you for including that it may be related to auto-layout. I think that’s a good clue. You mentioned that this works correctly incognito - that suggests that it’s a caching issue causing unexpected results. Can you log out of your account, clear all site data for Figma.com, then log back in? ​@Lumanoba, hello again. Can you also try an incognito window in chrome as well as clearing all site data?

Thanks for your replies ​@Michal_Sisovsky ​@adamsmasher , but unfortunately, that’s not quite right.I’ve already tried removing Auto Layouts — the problem persists.I’ve also restarted Figma and cleared the cache — the problem persists.Opening the preview link in Chrome or Firefox works fine.The Figma preview is glitchy for both, me and the client. Scrollable pages aren't displaying correctly. If I set the pages to "non-scrollable," they become visible — but without the scrolling functionality, that doesn't help me.

Ok, thanks for clarifying, ​@Lumanoba. I think we should get your prototype in front of our Technical Quality team so they can investigate - something doesn’t seem to be working right despite us talking through your layers and properties, etc.
