• Are you experiencing this in the Figma desktop app, the browser, or both?

• When did you first start noticing the glitch?

• Does it happen with one specific file, or across multiple files? If it's just one file, please share the link and invite support-share@figma.com with “can edit” permissions so the team can take a closer look.

• How frequently does the glitch occur — every time you load the file, occasionally, or only under certain conditions?

• Lastly, have you tried restarting Figma or resetting the app to see if that makes a difference?

• in desktop app only. seldom work with browser
• from last week after updating to the latest client version.
• multiple files. i’ve shared one of them through the support ticket.
• almost every time i loaded the file. can’t remember any related condition.
• still happens after restart the figma app.

If the issue returns please download and send the team your desktop debug logs. To collect these you can use the shortcut Control+Option+Shift+D (Mac).
