Hello,

I was just charged today for multiple seats and a renewal, totaling around $78, and I did not realize this would happen. I was only intending to use a collaboration seat and did not mean to upgrade to full seats by any means. 

Some team members requested access, but i never approved and they never used it and it seems this automatically created full seats and charges, which I did not notice at the time. I will not be using these seats at all. and i haven’t used them before. 

the charge has just happened and i really do need a refund i only use collab seat with only the benefits of it and i dont need more!
