Restore My Suspended Figma Account

Dear Figma Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

My account [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII] was suspended without any prior notice. I am a monthly subscriber and have been paying the subscription fee regularly.

I would appreciate clarification on the reason and guidance on how to resolve this.

Account suspensions can happen for a few different reasons, such as potential misuse, a violation of Figma’s Terms of Service, re-verification for Education status or billing-related issues.
