Restore My Suspended Figma Account

Dear Figma Support Team,

I was surprised to find that my account was suspended without any prior warning or explanation. Figma has been an essential part of my professional workflow, and I have several important projects and case studies stored in my account that are crucial for my ongoing work.

I respectfully ask that you check the suspension and, if yo

u can, get my account back. If there was a problem or infraction, I would be very grateful if you could let me know what went wrong so I can make sure it doesn't occur again. I have always intended to use Figma sensibly and in accordance with all of your rules. I genuinely respect Figma as a design platform and use it every day to advance my career. In order to continue working uninterrupted, I would be extremely appreciative of your assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi Figma Support Team,

I would like to clarify one important point regarding my earlier message for transparency.

At the time my account was suspended, I was not actively on a student plan. My account was on a Pro plan, and I am not fully aware why it transitioned or showed differently earlier. This caused confusion on my side while trying to regain access.

I want to sincerely clarify that there was no intentional misuse of student benefits. Any confusion regarding plan status happened unintentionally and without awareness of any policy violation.

My primary concern remains the recovery of my account or temporary access to export my academic design files, which are required for my college submissions.

I truly apologize for any confusion caused and assure you that I will strictly follow all official billing and usage policies going forward.
