Research incentive (BHN Rybbon) not received: Sept 18 survey, need resend

Hi Figma Community Support / Research team,

This follows up on my earlier topic about a missing research incentive. Celine kindly checked internally and confirmed that I completed a Figma research survey on September 18 and that the research team sent the incentive a few days later through BHN Rybbon.

I've searched my inbox, spam, promotions, and All Mail for "BHN," "Rybbon," and "reward," and I haven't found any email from them. It looks like the reward email either never arrived or was blocked somewhere along the way.

Could the research team please:

Check with Rybbon whether the reward was delivered or bounced, and
Resend the reward, or share the redeem link with me directly?

Celine already has the email address linked to my Figma account, so it's the same one used for the survey invite.
