Requesting an invoice

Hi,

 

I’ve been reaching out as I’m trying to upgrade our account from professional to Organization but need the annual fee submitted to us as an invoice instead of an online credit card payment.

 

I haven’t had any luck hearing back from anyone from the Figma support team in months nor recently in this most recent support request.  If someone could please email me back.

I’ve now been able to get a response from support. Now just waiting for outreach from Sales.
