Could you tell me a bit more about what the mistake was? For example, was your status applied to a different account or email than you meant? There’s no need to share any email addresses here.

In the meantime, please hold off on submitting another application. For higher education applicants, repeated attempts can trigger a “Verification Limit Exceeded” message, which can block further tries. Please also avoid changing the email address on your Figma account for now. Your education status is tied to the email address you verified with, so updating it after verification revokes your education status.

The “I verified the wrong account/email address and need to change it” section of Figma for Education covers the options if your status landed on the wrong account.
