I am a loyal user of your platform.I was introduced to this excellent tool by a classmate. I purchased a subscription for the Figma Education plan, but recently discovered that my account has been banned. I am very confused and worried about this situation.My account is [redacted by the moderator due to PII]
I use Figma primarily for my graduation design project, which fully aligns with the non-commercial purpose of the Education plan, and I have always adhered to the Terms of Service.
I confirm that I have not engaged in any behavior that violates Figma's Community Guidelines, such as: sharing the account, abusing the API, or posting any content. If the system detected any anomalies, it might be due to [possible reasons, such as network fluctuations, accidental operations, etc.].
Now my account has been suspended, and my studies and daily design work are badly affected. I want to sincerely apologize there was no intention to misuse Figma or break any rules. It was a mistake made out of lack of awareness and financial limitation.
I respectfully request you to please reconsider and help recover my account. I assure you this will not happen again, and I will only use Figma through proper and official channels going forward.
