Hi Figma Team,
I’m a student and a daily Figma user. I want to honestly explain my situation and sincerely request help with recovering my account.

I was previously using Figma through a student account, but suddenly my access was removed. I tried re-verifying my student status multiple times, but it wasn’t going through, and I was really stuck. Around the same time, someone contacted me saying they had a special offer for Figma access. I genuinely thought it might be a legitimate student-related offer.
As a student, I can’t afford the regular subscription, and since my work depends on Figma every day, I agreed without fully understanding how the subscription worked or where it was coming from. I truly did not know that this could be against Figma’s policies or considered wrong.
Now my account has been suspended, and my studies and daily design work are badly affected. I want to sincerely apologize there was no intention to misuse Figma or break any rules. It was a mistake made out of lack of awareness and financial limitation.
I respectfully request you to please reconsider and help recover my account. I assure you this will not happen again, and I will only use Figma through proper and official channels going forward.
