I have two support request tickets: 1597038 and 1599823. Both are marked as solved, but I did not receive any email explaining why they were closed, even though my email account is still suspended and I cannot log in.
When my account was suspended, I also did not receive any email explaining the reason. Could you please help me understand how I can recover my Figma account, or if it is still possible to restore it?
For your information, my account was suspended right after I uploaded a free design to the Community.
