Request to Reset Verification Limit - Figma Education

Hello SheerID Support,

I am a student from Indonesia trying to verify my student status for Figma Education using my official school email issued by the government (belajar.id).

However, due to a technical error on the website during my previous attempts, I am now blocked by the error message: "Verification Limit Exceeded".

I believe I meet all the requirements for the Figma Education plan. Could you please review my case and reset my verification attempts limit so I can try again?

      Hey there! Céline from the Figma Community Support team here. The “Verification Limit Exceeded” message generally means that too many verification attempts were made within a short period. The limit needs to be reviewed and reset by our partner, SheerID, so please avoid submitting further attempts until they respond.⁠⁠​

      Education verifications are managed directly by our verification partner, SheerID, as they handle the review process and have access to the tools needed to reset verification attempts. You can reach out to SheerID at figmasupport@sheerid.com.
      In your request, please let them know you’ve hit the verification attempt limit and would like it reset so you can continue verifying with your institution email.

      Also, once SheerID confirms that the limit has been reset, make sure you’re signed in to the Figma account where you want the Education status applied before trying again. Hope this helps!
