Request to Reset Verification Limit - Figma Education

Hello SheerID Support,

I am a student from Indonesia trying to verify my student status for Figma Education using my official school email issued by the government (belajar.id).

However, due to a technical error on the website during my previous attempts, I am now blocked by the error message: "Verification Limit Exceeded".

I believe I meet all the requirements for the Figma Education plan. Could you please review my case and reset my verification attempts limit so I can try again?
