Request to Recover Permanently Deleted Figma File

Hello Figma Support,

I accidentally permanently deleted a Figma file from the Trash.

I understand that permanent deletion usually cannot be undone, but I wanted to ask if it might still be possible to recover the file from server-side backups.

    Hey ​@Syntech - I’m sorry to hear about the file loss.

    There is no way to restore a permanently deleted file in your account. If you are on a paid plan (Professional, Organization, or Enterprise), you can provide Figma’s support team with a link to the file (I have very limited access to accounts/teams/files, so I’m unable to confirm if there is anything that can be done for you). They can confirm if the file has been permanently deleted and if it can be restored.

    If you worked any other people on the file, try checking in with them to see if they may have made a duplicated or local copy. You may be able to recover work that way.
