Request to recover old Figma account and files (2024 project)

Question

I’m trying to recover a personal design project I created around April–June 2024, but I can no longer find any of my old files after logging in.

I have already:

Checked Drafts, Recents, and all workspaces
Tried every login method (Google and email/password)
Logged in using both of my emails

It seems the files may belong to another Figma identity linked to one of these providers, and I may currently be logged into a different account.

Could you please check if there are any Figma accounts associated with these emails and help restore access to the files?
