Request to recover old Figma account and files (2024 project)

I’m trying to recover a personal design project I created around April–June 2024, but I can no longer find any of my old files after logging in.

 

I have already:

  • Checked Drafts, Recents, and all workspaces
  • Tried every login method (Google and email/password)
  • Logged in using both of my emails

 

It seems the files may belong to another Figma identity linked to one of these providers, and I may currently be logged into a different account.

 

Could you please check if there are any Figma accounts associated with these emails and help restore access to the files?

Approximate creation date: April–June 2024

Project type: personal design file (not part of a team)

I understand you no longer see personal files you worked on previously.

 

I can see that you’ve already reached out to our Support team about this, which is the right next step since this appears to be an account-related issue. Our Support team will follow up with you directly via the ticket(#1734010) email once they’re ready, so please continue the conversation there. I’ve also added a note to your ticket to help ensure the issue is prioritized.

In the meantime, if you haven’t already, you may want to double-check the Trash section in case the files were deleted previously: View and manage files in the trash
