Request to recover files from a deactivated organization account

Hi Figma Support,

I need help recovering files from my former organization email account. My employer deactivated the account, and I can no longer reach the files I made with it, including my portfolio work. The prototype link I had now gives me an error too.

The file contains my own portfolio work, and it's the only copy I have. I'm only asking for this file, not any other company files.

I understand the file probably now belongs to my former organization's Figma workspace. Could you help with any of the following?
1. Contact the organization's Figma admin and ask them to share the file with my current account or send me a .fig export.
2. Tell me who now owns the file, so I can ask them myself.
3. Let me know about any other recovery option that might apply.
