You can restore the team by clicking the "Restore team" button in the deletion confirmation email. Here are a couple articles from our Help Center with more information:

 
If you have any trouble with the button in the email, we suggest opening your email in an incognito browser window and logging into Figma with that email address to see if this helps.
 
If you continue to have trouble, just reply here and we will be happy to manually restore it for you.
