Hello,

I previously reported an issue where a Figma team plan was accidentally purchased under the wrong team, and you have already helped me resolve the refund. Thank you for your support.

Currently, another member of our team has encountered a similar issue. He accidentally purchased the Figma team plan under his own personal team and has already submitted a refund request ticket. However, he has not yet received an effective response.

You previously mentioned multiple times that the email address did not match. We have since provided the correct email address:

Could you please prioritize this refund request? We are waiting for the refund to be completed so that we can repurchase the plan under the correct team and continue our work.

I understand that you're trying to help your teammate who accidentally upgraded the wrong team and is waiting on a refund. I can see that the related ticket is #1921030, and you have also submitted a separate support ticket regarding this, which is #1924141.

 

I completely understand your desire to help, but after checking #1921030, it looks like a specialist is already handling a similar issue in another ticket.

If your teammate would like you to be involved in the conversation, they would need to CC you directly in the main ticket email thread, this helps keep all communication and information streamlined for our support team.

 

Unfortunately, we're unable to handle account and billing issues directly here in the Forum due to security and privacy concerns. That said, I'll add an internal note to both #1921030 and #1924141 to help prioritize your teammate's request.
