I want to change our Organization name from Balancehero India Private Limited to True Balance India Pvt. Ltd.
Please help me resolve this.

Renaming an Organization in Figma isn't a self-serve setting in Admin, so this one does need to go through our team directly. I can see you’ve already reached out to our support team with ticket #2011793, and someone will be in touch soon to get the name updated.
One thing worth knowing while you wait: the name that appears on your invoices is actually managed separately from your Organization's name in Figma. If you'd like "True Balance India Pvt. Ltd." to show up on invoices sooner, you can update that yourself right now:
- From the file browser, click Admin.
- Select the Settings tab.
- In the Billing section, click Invoice details.
- Enter the new name and press Save.
That'll take care of your invoices, while the Organization name itself gets updated through your open ticket.
