Request to Cancel AI Credit Update

Hi Figma Support,

I recently updated my AI credits after running out of the 3,000 AI credits included in my Professional Full seat.

However, I realized that the additional AI credits are not available for immediate use and appear to be scheduled for my next billing cycle.

Since I needed the credits right away and haven't been able to use the additional AI credits at all, I'd like to request that this AI credit update be canceled before it is charged.

The upcoming invoice currently shows an "AI credit updates" charge of $24.

As the additional credits have not been used, I would really appreciate it if you could cancel this update and remove the upcoming charge.

Hi, ​@YeBong. Thanks for your post! I’m surprised that you are unable to use the credits - normally if you’ve actually paid money for the add-on you can use those right away. Was this a plan you had before and you enabled it again for renewal?
