Request to cancel accidental Full seat and invoice

I accidentally added a Full seat to my account, but I have not used any of it’s features and have cancelled the subscription. I’d like for the invoice next month to be retracted. If there’s any trouble will be happy to discuss, thanks.

I understand you accidentally added a seat and are requesting a refund.

 

While our policy states that subscriptions are generally non-refundable(Refund policy), I see you have an open support ticket (#1851963) for this request. I have updated the ticket to include your post from the forum.
