I am a student at INSAT (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie, Tunisia) and I am currently using my official university email address (@insat.ucar.tn) to access Figma. However, the system does not recognize my domain as eligible for the Education Plan.

Could you please review my case and add @insat.ucar.tn to the approved education domains so that I can benefit from the Figma Education Plan? I can provide proof of enrollment if required.

Thank you for your support

Hi @yasmine11111, thanks for reaching out!

If your school isn't listed, you can actually just select School not listed to enter details of your school.

For example:

  • The full name of the school: INSAT (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie, Tunisia
  • The school's website (URL): http://www.insat.rnu.tn/

You can learn more about Education verification here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041061214-Verify-education-status#h_01H2TXTF5CQZTM6BNKA1TVG9R9

hello @djv  thank you so much  for your response !

I am still  trying to sign up for the Figma Education plan using my school email rredacted PII - 8/22 DJV) and followed all the instructions provided, including entering the full university name and its website. However, I still receive the following message:

"Part of a K12 or Higher Education Institution? Log in with your school email to continue. You’re currently signed in as yasmine (yasmine.kharrat2@insat.ucar.tn) Log out"

Even though I am using my official university email, the system does not recognize it as an educational email. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue, or consider adding my domain @insat.ucar.tn to the approved education list?

Thank you  for your assistance.
