I canceled my subscription, but I was still charged €23.80. I checked my current plan, and it even says “free plan.” Please refund the amount and cancel everything if any services were not canceled.

Hi ​@Pun1c4r, thanks for following up about this! 

I can confirm that ​@adamsmasher escalated your ticket, so that’s odd that you didn’t receive the reply from support. They actually replied last Sunday. Please double check your inbox and possibly your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there by mistake.

For your convenience, I can quickly summarize what it said here. Support saw that the email you were writing from wasn’t currently listed as a verified contact for the account, so it may not be associated with the plan you’re asking about. To move forward, they need you to please do one of the following:

  • If you already have a Figma account: Sign in and reach out to your team or organization admin to request an upgrade to an Admin role on the team.
  • If you don’t yet have a Figma account: You can create one for free and ask your team or organization admin to invite you to the team.

Being upgraded to an admin role will allow you to manage billing and account-related requests for the plan. If you don’t need editing access to files, remind your current admin to change your seat type to View after the update. Otherwise, you’ll occupy a paid seat that will appear on the next invoice.
 
Once support receives this request from a verified contact or once you’ve been added as an admin or billing contact, they’ll be happy to help proceed.

It looks like you actually had two open tickets with support. Since support usually combines multiple open tickets from the same user into one, Adam escalated your older ticket #1925254, which support replied to last Sunday with the information I provided above. 

Since it looks like your tickets were not merged together and you did not receive the team’s reply from Sunday, I’ve escalated your ticket #1927210. The team will look into your account soon and be in touch.
