I can see your support ticket ( #1953648) has been received successfully and someone from the team will be in touch with you soon to work through this directly. In the meantime, I wanted to share a bit of context that might help while you wait.

On the Professional plan, annual and monthly Dev seats can coexist, but there's an important behaviour to be aware of: adding an annual seat can cause existing monthly seats to be converted to annual seats once the next renewal is finalised. 

For temporary access like this, monthly Dev seats are the right call. When those team members no longer need Dev access, you can move them to a free View seat and the monthly charge simply won't renew the following month. No manual cancellation needed.

As for removing the annual seat, seats are purchased for the duration of your billing term, but 30 days before your annual plan renewal you'll have the chance to remove any unused seats from your billing overview page. Outside of that window, support can help review what's possible.
