Hi Sara, thanks for your message. Just to clarify, I’m only able to assist here in the public community space (Figma Forum). For anything involving personal tax documents or sending forms by email, this needs to be handled directly by our support team through a secure channel.

I’ve checked internally, and as of today, the 2026 tax residence certificate is not yet available. The team is still monitoring this, but we don’t have a specific timeline to share at the moment.

In the meantime, I recommend reaching out directly through our secure Support form to submit a request. To do that: Go to the Support Hub / Click Start a chat / Type “contact support for tax form’ and fill out the form.

The appropriate team will follow up with you and share the certificate once it becomes available. Thank you for your patience!
