Request for SheerID Verification Limit Reset / Educational License Verification Issue

Hello SheerID Support Team,

I am attempting to verify my student status for the Figma for Education program using my school email account (redacted by the moderator due to PII).

During the process, I received the error message: "Verification limit exceeded" (인증 한도 초과).

I would like to clarify that I have never previously used or redeemed any paid/education benefits with this account. I encountered repeated verification attempts while setting up my profile.

Could you please reset my verification limit or review my eligibility so I can complete my student verification?

Just for clarity, this is the Figma Forum rather than SheerID Support. Higher Education verification, including verification-limit issues and eligibility reviews, is handled directly by SheerID. Figma Support can’t reset the verification limit or override the result.

Please email directly figmasupport@sheerid.com and include:

  • Your SheerID Request ID, if available
  • A screenshot of the error
  • A brief explanation of what happened

For your privacy, please don’t post your email address or other personal information publicly. (I’ve removed the one you mentioned in your post here). SheerID’s team can review the verification attempt and advise you on the next steps. Thank you for your understanding!
