Hello Figma Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I am reaching out regarding my application for the Figma for Education plan. I have applied multiple times and submitted the required documentation to verify my student status, but my application has not been approved. Additionally, it seems that my ability to submit further requests may have been restricted or blocked.

I would really appreciate it if you could review my case again. I am attaching my student verification documents once more to ensure everything is clear and complete.

If there is any issue with the documentation I provided, or if additional information is needed, please let me know and I will be happy to provide whatever is necessary.

  1. Contact SheerID directly. They manage the verification process from end to end and have the tools to reset your account for additional attempts. Reach out to them at figmasupport@sheerid.com and include any documentation they've previously requested.
  2. Reference the verification requirements. This resource covers what's needed and will stay up to date as the process evolves: Figma for Education → Verify your education status.
