Hello Figma Support Team,
I am writing to request a refund for the Figma Pro subscription that was charged to my account today.
When I upgraded to the Pro version, I did not see an option in my subscriptions to cancel automatic renewal. Because of this, I believed the payment was a one-time charge for one month of usage, not a recurring subscription.
At this moment, I no longer need the Pro plan. The charge was made today, and I have not used Figma Pro features since the payment was processed.
I kindly ask you to review my case and issue a refund for the recent charge if possible.
