Dear Team,

 

I bought an extra dev seat accidentally &  I have not arrange it and i request a refund and cancellation for the seat I just bought.

I understand that you accidentally added an extra Dev seat to your subscription and are looking to get it canceled and refunded.

 

I took a quick look at our system, and I noticed that an additional Dev seat was recently added to your annual plan, but it seems it hasn't been assigned to anyone yet.

While our standard policy is that we don't issue prorated refunds when you move a user to a free View seat (you can read more here: Manage billing on the Professional plan), I know this was an accidental purchase.

Since we aren't able to handle individual billing issues directly here on the forum for privacy and security reasons, I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket(#1820382) on your behalf.

 

Someone from our team will look into this and contact you directly via the email associated with your account.
