This morning I was surprised by a charge for the Full Plan subscription on my credit card. I am not using Figma, and as soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription.
I would like to request that this new subscription charge be revoked and refunded, as I cannot afford this expense at the moment.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Hey @Ljst97, thanks for reaching out!

For security and privacy reasons, we're not able to look into billing or account-specific details here on the forum, but I can see you’ve already submitted a support ticket #195434. Our team will be in touch with you directly, to take a look at your specific case and help out.

In the meantime, a couple of questions that might help clarify what happened:

  • Was this a renewal charge for an existing subscription, or did it look like an additional or unexpected charge on top of what you'd normally expect?
  • Were there any recent changes to your account, like adding or removing seats?

The reason I ask: Figma's Professional plan renews automatically at the start of each billing period. Charges can also appear after cancellation if there were any seat changes or prorated adjustments made before the cancellation fully processed.

On cancellation, just so you're aware, cancelling a Professional plan doesn't cut access immediately. You'll usually keep access through the end of your current billing period, and the renewal simply won't happen after that.

These Help Center articles have more detail on how this all works:

Thank you,

Gayani

The charge was due to the automatic renewal of my subscription. I thought I had already canceled it, but this morning I received a notification from my banking app informing me of the charge. Since I am not using Figma, I would like the renewal to be canceled and the charge reversed.
