Hello Figma Support,

 

We recently purchased an annual Figma plan, but after subscribing, we learned that Figma Make requires additional charges for AI credits.

 

As a result, our company has decided to cancel the annual subscription. We are currently in the first month of the plan.

 

Could you please let us know whether we are eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining unused months of the subscription?
