Hello Figma Support,

I would like to apply for the Figma Education (Student) Plan, but I need assistance with the verification process.

I am currently a student and would like to access the Education plan for learning UI/UX design and improving my skills. Could you please guide me through the verification process or let me know if any additional documents are required?

If there are any issues with my application, I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve them.

Hi Figma Team,

I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve reached the verification limit while trying to apply for the Figma Education (Student) Plan.

Could you please reset my verification attempts or let me know how I can proceed with the student verification process?

I’m a genuine student and would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

 I understand you've reached the verification attempt limit while applying for the Figma Education plan. Education verifications are managed directly by our verification partner, SheerID, as they handle the review process and have access to the tools needed to reset verification attempts.

The best next step would be to contact their dedicated Figma support team at figmasupport@sheerid.com and let them know you've hit the verification attempt limit and would like it reset so you can continue verifying with your institution email. Thank you🙏
